-----------Dates To Be Announced----------- Course Overview Good communication is an essential at all levels of an organization. This course covers the fundamental concepts and techniques on how to deliver an impactful in-person or virtual presentation. Learn how to exude executive presence and engage the audience for maximum impact. The framework provided in this course will help you to present in any business setting in an engaging and memorable way. What You Will Learn? In this certificate program, you will: 1. Learn the building blocks of being a memorable speaker. 2. Learn the power of non-verbal communication to maximize your impact. 3. Learn how to engage the audience during in-person or virtual presentations. 4. Learn the fundamentals of good storytelling. 5. Learn how to handle difficult and unexpected questions in a professional way. Blended Format: Self-paced + Virtual + In-Person 1) Each week your instructor will lead 1.5 hours of live, virtual interaction with you and your classmates via video conference. 2) Each week you will spend 1-2 hours of self-paced learning in our learning platform (e.g., reading, watching, and reviewing materials and working on projects). 3) The program will culminate in an in-person, weekend-long, networking conference at an onsite location in HCMC, where you get to meet your instructor and classmates in person – provided international travel is allowed. Who Should Enroll? This program is designed for senior executives at companies of all sizes and stages—from current market leaders to fast-growing midsize competitors to dynamic emerging companies. MP gives admission preference to senior management teams composed of four to eight individuals. Attendance by multiple company representatives will foster teamwork and amplify the program's impact on your organization. Instructor Bio Joanne Grau is a marketing director in the healthcare sector and a communications coach. She helps executives around the world become better speakers through trainings and one-on-one coaching. She delivers public speaking training regularly to organizations such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Netcentric, Maersk, MIT Media Lab, Siemens, WeWork, Columbia University, European School of Management and Technology (ESMT) and more. Joanne has a B.S. in molecular biology from UCLA and is an Executive Program graduate from ESMT. Currently residing in Germany, Joanne has lived in various cities in various cities in Asia and the US.
