Service Description

Course Overview A good business strategy is often articulated through a well-developed and compelling business plan. Whether you are an investor evaluating a business opportunity, an entrepreneur looking to attract funding for your venture, or a corporate professional engaged in new product/service development, you'll benefit from this course. Ultimately, the difference between an idea and an investable opportunity is a rigorous business plan. What You Will Learn? In this certificate program, you will: 1) Develop and evaluate a business plan. 2) Incorporate strategic thinking and frameworks in a business plan. 3) Create a compelling pitch deck to articulate your business plan to stakeholders, especially potential investors. Blended Format: Self-paced + Virtual + In-Person 1) Weekly virtual instructor-led training (VILT) - Each week your instructor will lead 1.5 hours of live, virtual interaction with you and your classmates via video conference. 2) Weekly self-paced learning - Each week you will spend 1-2 hours of self-paced learning in our learning platform (e.g., reading, watching, and reviewing materials and working on projects). 3) In-person networking conference - The program will culminate in an in-person, weekend-long, networking conference at an onsite location in HCMC, where you get to meet your instructor and classmates in person – provided international travel is allowed. Who Should Enroll? This program is designed for senior executives at companies of all sizes and stages—from current market leaders to fast-growing midsize competitors to dynamic emerging companies. MP gives admission preference to senior management teams composed of four to eight individuals. Attendance by multiple company representatives will foster teamwork and amplify the program's impact on your organization.
